“Having trained a wide variety of clientele, I can implement styles of various kinds to get clients where they want. I’ve trained college football players, high school athletes, seventy-year-olds, kids, and average Joe’s who just want to be fit. I can do most things well, and I’m honest and empathetic throughout your whole time training.”

“I want my clients of fell like they are getting a greater service for what they pay. To have a good time when training is what makes people want to come back. I want this gym to feel like this is their gym. Working out is important, but having fun while working out makes it that much better.”
