I tore my acl on February 3rd 2013. Prior to, and after surgery I went to physical therapy at Hamot’s Sports Medicine. I was only allotted 30 visits per year with my insurance. I felt that 30 visits was not nearly enough to help me get back to where I was before my injury, so I looked elsewhere for a place where I could rebuild the strength in my legs and hopefully prevent this injury from happening again.

After weighing my options, I chose to go to Executive Personal Fitness with Lisa Oberacker as my trainer.

Before I went to her, my leg muscles were very atrophied and weak. Since starting to go there this past winter, I have noticed a dramatic change in the strength of not only my leg muscles but also in muscles all over my body. I can lift weights that I’ve never lifted before in my life, and she pushes me to my limit every training session that I have with her. I am now fully back into both of my sports

(soccer and softball ) and I feel that she has helped me gain back some confidence and has helped me get back to the level of play that I was at before I tore my acl.

I couldn’t be more happy with the results that I have gotten so far from training with her, and I can’t wait to keep building my muscle mass and to continue to get stronger. I’m glad that I chose Executive Personal fitness and Lisa Oberacker as my trainer, and I will continue to train there.

“Before my personal training sessions with Richard began, I was constantly doing cardio. Every time I had visited the gym I would hop on the elliptical, stationary bike, or treadmill. Because that’s what I thought I needed to do in order to lose weight. My training sessions began, and within 10 minutes of every half hour session I was breaking a sweat and huffing and puffing in a good way. I dropped 13 pounds in no time. No cardio!!!!!!
